Welcome to the ICDL Jordan Foundation web site
The International Computer Driving License (ICDL) certificate has become one of the most desirable to be achieved by Jordanian citizens. We are proud to announce that more than 73,000 individuals are now certified since 2001. Due to the high demand of the ICDL certificate in the Jordanian society and because it is considered a global benchmark of digital competency, ICDL Jordan has succeeded in promoting the ICDL in an excellent manner under the umbrella of the UNESCO Cairo Office and the ECDL-F. The program was adopted by the Ministry of Education and set as the computer literacy program for all its teachers and employees and made the possession of ICDL certificate mandatory. The ICDL program was also endorsed by main organizations, such as the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and several universities and leading academic institutions, and many others. The ICDL has been lately adopted by the Vocational Training Center and the National Information Technology Centers. The new ICDL products (Advanced, CAD, e-Citizen, and CTP) are also being adopted gradually. Read more about the ICDL products .
